Anthony N. Mallace, CPA, JD, Senior Tax Manager

Mr. Mallace has worked in the industry for over 32 years focusing on tax planning and compliance for individuals, estates and trusts, businesses and not for profits. Anthony is well versed in diverse estate planning and administration including the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills. He is experienced in providing tax advisory services to local accounting and law firms as well as drafting contracts and  other legal documents for clients. Anthony has also prepared federal, multi-state and foreign tax filings for high net worth taxpayers, including medical and legal practice owners and professional athletes with an annual compensation of up to $10 million and investment income from sources in multiple United States  and Foreign Jurisdictions.  In addition, he has managed   a large tax engagement for a multi-national corporation with sales in excess of $300 million. Anthony was responsible for federal, state and international filings in 26 U.S. jurisdictions and interpretation of tax treaty positions in several countries.

AJ joined the firm as a Senior Accountant in 2019. He plays a lead role in the preparation of individual, partnership and corporation tax returns. When AJ became a part of the firm, he brought 6 years of experience in the field, including 3 years spent as a public accountant, with responsibilities spanning audit, tax, financial reporting and business management. He also spent 3 years as an accountant for a local CPA firm in North Jersey, where he prepared individual returns and helped train interns on the basics of tax preparation. AJ is working towards his Certified Public Accountant licensure and is a promising young professional on the rise.
